The ultrasonic mesh technology in our Nebulizer is what enables it to be so compact and quiet. The mesh plate vibrates at a high frequency, which turns liquid into an aerosol for inhalation. Residue or liquid build up on the mesh plate can prevent it from generating mist. This is a natural byproduct of using the device and is why proper care and maintenance are required to continue optimal performance.

1. Dry the mesh plate
• Remove the mask or diffuser from the nebulizer.
• Using a lint free cloth or paper towel, gently insert it into the mask attachment area and dry the mesh plate.

2. Perform the following cleaning cycle
• Fill the container with 5-10 ml of hot water (85°C / 185°F recommended) and close the cap to lock.
• Run the nebulizer for 2-3 minutes to clear residual medicine from the mesh plate.
• Empty the medicine container and allow components to air dry completely.
• If, upon next use, you notice water build up on the outer mesh surface, dry the mesh surface according to step 1.
